From a very talented doctor too the most wanted woman in Gotham City.
This is my own personal design of the Joker's girlfriend and I think it might be the best design I've every done.
Hell, I know this will sound really bigheaded of me, but I'm going to say it anyway. I think my design beats all of the other Harley Quinn designs.
